Currently, Dynamics 365 Customer Voice stores survey response data outside of Canada, even when the organization’s Dataverse environment is located in Canada. This creates compliance challenges for organizations that require all customer data—including survey responses—to remain within Canadian borders.

Proposed Feature:

  • Guarantee that all Customer Voice survey data (including responses and metadata) is stored exclusively in Canadian data centers when the organization’s environment is set to Canada.
  • Provide clear documentation and configuration options for Canadian data residency compliance.
