My customer would like to see during the WHS picking process only one line per item per location, despite multiple lines are on the order(s) and within the original Work-id.

To make the idea clear, following example is given:
On 1 or multiple orders for same customer the orderliness look like as following:
- Item A : 5 pieces
- Item A: 2 pieces
- Item B: 7 pieces
- Item A: 3 pieces
- Item A: 1 piece

When work is created all 5 lines are mentioned, but on the scanner and for the pickers overview and efficiency you want following clear (combined) instructions as picker does not care about different orderlines:
- Item A: 10 pieces from location X
- Item B : 7 pieces from location Y
- Item A: 1 piece from location Z (as there is not sufficient stock on X.)

The existing cluster picking functionality will avoid duplicate lines in created work for same item and picking location. This causes operational issues/errors as cluster picking at this very moment can only be started when Work-id is ENTERED or SCANNED on the scanner. My customer works paperless in the warehouse. Normal picking process provides a list of Work-id's that can be selected on the scanner from a list, for cluster pick this is not available.

Cluster pick on the scanner works as expected, however all outstanding (pick) work in the "Customer order list" should run via the Clusterpick module instead of regular pick protocol. This is to prevent any duplicate order lines with the same items within each work.

The desired (combined) WHS process looks like this:
- Select Order picklist Client on the scanner
- You select the Pickwork what you want to do
- Selected work is carried out via Cluster picking until the work in question has been completed
