In the purchasing process, purchase agreements by Product category value commitment can only apply to purchase requisitions and orders for the actual line category. It would be interesting to make the agreement line category to be applied to sub-categories transactions by choice on the agreement line.

For example on standard Contoso USMF Procurement - Office Supplies hierarchy: register a purchase agreement line for category OFFICE AND DESK ACCESSORIES value and chose to apply to sub-categories ==> purchase requisitions and orders lines for OFFICE AND DESK ACCESSORIES category and all child categories (Highlighters, Scissors, Staples, Standard envelopes, Pen or pencil sets and Staplers), with or without products, can be related to the purchase agreement.

This also supposes to adapt vendors and price/discount search logic on purchase requisition line.
