The Find Next flag on any trade agreement's function is to force the system to stop looking for better prices after it has found a specific record with Find Next = No. However, this functionality does not extend from one type of trade agreement journal to another. For example, I have an item that I would like to sell for $50 and is in a line discount group of "A." My first entry is a Price (sales) trade agreement line for the item (and a given customer) at a price of 50 dollars. I do NOT want to discount this item past the 50 dollar trade agreement, so I turn Find Next to No and post the journal. A line discount trade agreement is then created using the same customer, with a product group of "A," where my item current resides. The line discount trade agreement is then posted and a discount for the item is taken, even though find next was marked as no. To conclude, Find Next should not apply to just trade agreement journals of the same type, but should be able to be extended to stop the system from searching for line/multiline/etc. trade agreement lines posted to ensure for consistent pricing in a complex selling market.
