A common request from clients is to have the system calculate closing absence balances for leavers. When setting up an absence plan with accrual frequency of Annual and accrual period basis of Plan start date and setting the accrual policy on unenrolment to Prorated, the expected behaviour would be for the system to calculate the closing balance for a leaver as the the termination date.
