To improve the usability and readability of the Business Central user interface, I think that the Page Action Groups should also have the arrow-down icon like the Activity Buttons Groups in the Role Center. I think new users don't instinctively know that these action groups are clickable. There are some pages like Cost Accounting Setup where I had to search for page actions myself as an experienced user.
