We want the workflow to follow the configured managerial hierarchy while escalating the submitted request.

For e.g.: If requester A reports to B, B reports to C, and C reports to D and based on approval limit a workflow is sitting with B for approval - once the due date has passed, we want the workflow to simply escalate from B to C.

Note: In the current functionality system is hitting user's manager queue, from manager it is skipping all the other levels and directly getting escalated to president or Manager.
