In the order history details in ecom, when an item is packing slip updated, the status shows "Ready for pickup." This might make sense if the item is to be picked up in the retail store, but the packing slip is already updated and it could be for an online store or call center channel. A status like "Delivered" makes more sense, otherwise customers could be confused and think they have to go to the retail store to pickup their order, even if they didn't choose BOPIS.

Thank you for the feedback. We do already base the status shown on e-com around the mode of delivery on the order as to not cause confusion as you stated. When the order is pack slip updated, and the delivery mode on the order is a store pickup mode of delivery as defined in Commerce parameters, we purposefully do not show the standard ERP 'delivered' status here as this would be confusing to the customer as they have not picked it up yet. Once the pickup is completed and the invoice is posted, we then show the status as "picked up". If the order does not have a store pick up mode of delivery tied to it, we do show status as "shipped" when the pack slip is updated on these orders. If you find a specific behavior where the status is not behaving the way described, then please consider filing a support ticket. Thank you!
