Hi,

While working with CRM we constantly need to save files received by email to CRM records. Its not very efficient to save files to some folder and then open CRM and attach them to some records. It would be allot less time consuming if can save file from e-mail to CRM record direclty (e.g. save to account, contact, opportunity)

Process wise it could have proper impact on daily basis in terms of time consumption.
