Because we have the option to put individual billing schedule lines on Hold as well; system should have the ability somewhere to retain the original status for individual billing schedule lines (after a billing schedule has been put On Hold and has been resumed).

With multiple billing schedule lines in a billing schedule, it is difficult for a user to keep a track for Hold/Unhold status of billing schedule lines; every time a billing schedule has been put On Hold and has been resumed.
