When multiple replenishment works are created when creating Transfer issue work, the system is splitting the work even though there were no work breaks setup for Transfer issue. The expectation is to have in the same work the whole quantity (1 work = 1 target license plate). This idea is related to the internal bug id number: 3911665.
Please vote for this behaviour if you think that this design should be changed.
