Make sponsorship logos tied to Marketing files so they can easily be accessed and reused

Rather than having to reupload a sponsor logo all the time, it should be tied to the Marketing Files library so it becomes part of the ongoing library that the whole team can use rather than always having to track down the file to use and upload.

I support this request as some sponsors may have a room named after them to grow name recognition within the market and having to upload the same logo for every event is inefficient.
