In order to avoid this behavior, the footer field needs to be set at the very bottom of the page.
But if the user proceed the setting, they must scroll down to the bottom, so they cannot display the necessary information immediately.
It would be very convenient if the footer is properly displayed on Dynamics 365 for mobile device as well.

Would be great if this can be fixed, as you do not want the footer in top of the screen on your mobile device.

Not sure why we need to submit an idea to fix a system bug but I'll vote for it as I had to remove the footers from plenty of my forms to get UCI workable on mobile devices.

This behavior is not limited to mobile. Simply shrinking any browser window small enough will move the footer fields to the top of the form in the UCI.
