Telemarketers find it simpler to create/schedule Phone Calls from inside the Accounts/Contacts. They want Date field in the "Add Phone Call" portion of Activities section in Accounts/Contacts. This was available in the CRM 2011 classic forms. It is also present in "Add Task" portion of Activities section in Accounts/Contacts but absent in the "Add Phone Call".

This limitation has been present in the Polaris form of CRM 2011 as well as the CRM 2013 forms of Accounts/Contacts.

Right now it takes a lot of additional clicks and time to schedule a phonecall activity from Activities whereas it should be available to be scheduled from within the Account/Contact.
