When creating a new fixed compensation record on an employee, the level is found via the job the position references. Unfortunately the job is found per the worker position assignment start date and not by the effective date of the new employee fixed compensation record. This needs to be changed. Scenario: a position is currently referencing job A (with levels 10 and 11), but as of 01.01.2020 the position will reference job B (with level 12) instead. The employee is assigned to the position since 01.06.2019 - and of course a new employee fixed compensation record must be created, with effective date 01.01.2020. But it is currently not possible to create this new fixed compensation record with the correct level without first having to end the current worker posiiton assignment record as of 31.12.2019 - and then create a new worker position assignment record as of 01.01.2010 between the same employee and the same position.
