Many have faced problems due to a new feature that sets unused segments to inactivate state after 30 days. Segments are sometimes used monthly which exceeds a 30-window by a few day.
I suggest allowing administrators to extend the 30-day expiration window up to 90 days or disable automatic expiration altogether.
