When Active Change Management is enabled on Purchase Order, we can't update the Receive Now Column for Confirmed PO.

This makes the "Receive Now Quantity" Option of Product Receipt useless, and we have to use the Ordered Quantity and then either change the quantity to zero or delete the lines against which we don't want to post the Product Receipt.

I would like to recommend that either this Receive Now Column should be editable on the Confirmed Purchase Orders or we should be given a parameter that we can use that would by default make the Quantity zero for all lines and we can only fill in the Quantity to receive against the desired lines.
