Lets say we have an worker who has "Pending" status because employment is starting in the future.

To open his record, I need to first find the worker in "Pending" workers list. I go there, open the entry and now I want to change the start date to "today" because he simply can start sooner.

After I change the start date, the status technically changes to "Active". Which is fine. But I lose focus from the worker "because I was in the list of Pending and he is no longer a pending worker".

I have to go to "Active" workers and there find him again and open again if I want to continue editing anything.

This should not happen. Even after I change the start date, and the status changes to Active and I save the record, the focus should stay on the entry, I should still be able to edit it and work with it. I dont care it got moved from Pending to Active in the background. NOW I need working with the entry.
