On the workspace page (https://lcs.dynamics.com/DeploymentPortal/Workspace) it lists the topology at the initial deployment. I doubt that anybody would ever care about that after the first upgrade occurs.

Having the current enviroment versions would save a lot of clicking in the slow interface to review enviroment information.
