If a Lead is converted to Opportunity or Account, the current integration does not pick up this change and all future files are continued to be stored in the initial SharePoint location.

It will be a great advantage if some sort of auto update option is available, so whenever the business process is completed we can have the file structure of documents on the appropriate location.
