Microsoft has recently introduced color swatches and color hex codes for color dimension. However its a very common scenarios for eCommerce world to be able to specify color swatch at the variant level and so was emphasized by our customer. But as of now Dynamics commerce do not allow to change the product swatch images at the variant level. The documentation says you can specify variant specific swatch image at product variants screen but it seems never working. I propose and request to commerce product team to enhance color swatch feature to allow to have variant specific color swatch images. This is a very common requirement by almost every eCommerce business.
