On the main form of the position, it is possible to add the org unit ID (from the selected department) through personilisation. This is not possible on the manage changes of the position. This seems to be an inconsistancy.
Not only the org unit ID, but also other properties from selected jobs or departments would be convenient if they were available through personlisation.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. The ability to add custom fields to the date effective forms forthe position was added in March of 2021. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
