CRM 2011 does not provide feature of Creating and Displaying views based on Security Role or based on Business Unit.
One of the major requirement of Customer was to display Views based on Business Unit. Certain set of users wanted to see All the views with Different set of fields, but due to this limitation they were  also seeing fields which were irrelevant for them but highly important for other Business unit.
Users can create personal views but that could not be used for all users in any Business Unit
Also there are certain Views which could not be recreated: Like most of the Associated views, Quick Fined views. This limitation created issues while implementing custom solution for achieving the required feature.
