Customer reported this issue with the D365 App for Outlook and iPhone app with their environment. When you navigate down to Member Contacts and select the ellipses (...) and select + New, it will allow you to add a new contact. Now if you navigated to the bottom of Contacts selected ... and + New, it's locking or freezing the contact create screen on my iphone as well. Is this a limitation or a bug? iPad has a different lay and works as expected.
