Dynamically build a list of items that have been searched for and then selected or create the ability to "pin" search results for fast access in Tell Me.
For example, if I've searched for "Requisition Worksheet" several times have a "Frequently Accessed" list that displays that result without searching.
Alternatively, maintain a list of "pinned" items personally curated by user.

When you use the tell-me function, an empty search widget is shown. It happens quite a lot that you have to re-enter a search value that you already specified before.
Just supporting a list of "the last 5 search items" seems a feature with low risk and added value on the usability side of the product.
