There is currently no deliberate way to only isolate the specific activity within the audit history "Update" events, and users must filter by field, which doesn't get them very close. We need a feature added that allows users to filter between the various update events in the audit log (i.e. activate/deactivate/salutation) to make the logs easier to search for.
