The current heat-map functionality under email insights and links, does not allow Dynamics 365 Marketing users to filter by date. Presently, applying “from” and “To” in the date-filter does not change the Total clicks, unique clicks, or click-through rates for email insights.

It would be beneficial for organizations to be able to filter the click-rates by utilizing the date-filter, as it delivers increased insights for outbound email marketing initiatives. Such insights could be used for better monitoring email engagement over-time, without manually doing so by downloading the excel file for the links insights.
