We have internal staff included as Contacts within our CRM as well as Users - this was needed so that internal staff can also be sent copies of Email Marketing emails sent through D365 Customer Insights - Journeys.


As our users mostly have their Personal Email settings set to track "Email messages from Dynamics 365 Leads, Contacts and Account" - this means internal emails are often tracked unintentionally.


It would be helpful if we could have an extra field on a Contact that would allow us to exclude the Contact from these automatic tracking rules - the extra field could sit with the other Contact Preferences listed on the Contact form.


Another option could be to be able to control this on a domain level - to be able to exclude any emails to/from a specific domain from the automatic tracking rules set in a users personal settings.
