One of our Client is having 6-Level Product Category Hierarchy and they are using Product Attribute Groups as well.
Total Count of the Child Nodes for the Hierarchy are more than 2500, and due to that we have to assign the Product Attribute Groups to each node one by one which is a really hectic activity.
Surprisingly, MS has not provided any DIXF Entity or Excel Write back to assign the Attribute Groups.
For the Customers having Vast hierarchy there MUST be an option to assign the Product Attribute Group in bulk to avoid the labor work.
Please review this idea and work on it so that other Customers can get the benefit.

This is the real problem that Retail businesses are facing while updating "Product attribute groups" with Product Category nodes in Commerce Category hierarchy. Please provide excel write back or DIXF entity for bulk update.
There is also a flag named "inherit attribute groups from parent" available on Commerce Category hierarchy which can inherit product attribute group(s) from Parent category node. However there is no such option to enable this flag in bulk using excel writeback or DIXF entity. It would be equally good if you can provide the option to update this flag, it would also serve the purpose and user can avoid lot of manual labor work.

Product Attributes / Product Attribute group is key extension to Product profile data, however its very unfortunate that there is no builtin functionality to attach Product attributes with product in bulk.
I hope you guys would manage the said functionality at your earliest.
