Add functionality to retroactive link a retail POS receipt to a loyalty customer and to register loyalty points.


 


In the scenario where the store staff and the customer realize he/she are a registered customer and a loyalty club member after a sales transaction has been processed. The current "solution" / work around is to return the sales transaction and to register the purchase one more time towards the customer account. This is far from optimal.

I have encountered this question multiple times from various retailers while Demos and implementations. This will be a great feature to incorporate.
