In a lot of scenarios we are facing issues with planned road close in different area.

Planned construction or maintenance of roads is prescheduled and available in the modern navigation devises today. For an better automated schedule it would be required that future, and planned changes at the travel route are considered.

e.g. at some routes there may be scheduled events where the route is closed.
also regular route maintenance is scheduled and known.

The RSO should consider the existing future schedule of an route.
