The new PCF Calendar control in Unified Interface (for example in Work Hours for Booking resources, always start in Sunday (english behaviour). For other languages and cultures it must be set to Monday but the PCF control do not respect the "First day of Week" set up in the Regional Configuration in Dynamics 365.
The PCF Calendar can use this configuration to show the first day of the week for different regional setups.

Thank you for your feedback, and we have already identified this as a gap on our new Workhours calendar control (PCF) and we have an internal workitem tracking this gap. I do not have a timeline at this point, but will keep this thread posted.
