In system Admin > Personalisation > User Settings (or system Settings)

Give the ability to change the access level (full/ restricted), or 'Personalisation allowed' checkbox to all or specific pages to groups, roles, multiple, or all users.

Currently page restriction of personalisation's can only done user by user, which is very time consuming and isn't a good solution for customers.

This would greatly help reduce the need for development on pages and forms if it was easier to manage system wide.
