Hello team,
There idea here is to either make this option available or at least create a different button for Queue item details/ when an item is either in completed or inactive state.

This is the scenario:
If a queue item is completed or in inactive state, the button "queue item details" just brings us a sort of error message that states - "This record is not added to any queue".

Indeed that particular record is not counted as a queue item but rather just an activity and the current button within is grid don't have the proper info to show.

But if we search through the advance search, just select the checkbox on the same item and press the button 'queue item details' it gives us the needed information.


Please let me know if additional examples or screenshot's will bring better understanding of the request.
