Currently, the search conditions [Does Not Begin With] and [Does Not End With] are not available in the RT Segment Builder. The conditions are available in Advanced Find but not in Segment Builder. Please consider adding the search conditions [Does Not Begin With] and [Does Not End With] in the Segment Builder in our future update as this is helpful for our users. 

The options [Begins With] and [Ends With] exist, but [Does Not Begin With] and [Does Not End With] don't. This means when I have 3 items of 100 to exclude, instead of [Does Not Begin With] 01, 02, or 03, I instead have to write a rule that says [Begins With] 04, 05, 06, 07, 08.... to 100. This is STUPID. This means I must write 97 reasons to include something versus 3 to exclude. Please FIX this. It existed fine in Outbound, and also on Advanced Find; we cannot solve this easily in Realtime.
