In article How to deploy Dynamics 365 App for Outlook | Microsoft Learn it is stated that if you create a team and add the team to the Dynamics App for Outlook User security role, this doesn't propagate the privileges to the users within the team.

This could cause some issue for some customers as some prefer to have an ease of access to PowerPlatform applications to limit the effort of putting new customers in Azure AD security roles corresponding to their functional roles. This security model is working well so far, but there is the sole exception for the Dynamics App unless the role is assigned directly to the user in Dataverse.

Is it possible for the future for the security role to be assigned to a team?
