Currently in Dynamics 365 FnO is not possible to enable Database logging for company specific. It can be done for all companies in a FnO application.

Go to System administration > Setup > Database log > Database log setup.

Select New to open the Logging database changes wizard.

You can select tables but not filtering by specific companies.

It may cause a huge impact on performance in cases where is requested to have enabled database logging for all transaction tables and data related to those transactions due to Indian legislation, for example:

In cases where there are only 2 Indian companies and over 250 other companies, this would be a very huge impact to comply with regulations.
