Allow individual resources to be substituted within a Resource Group Booking

When a Work Order is scheduled with a Resource Group - if you wish to switch out one of the resources to a different one, you have to re-book the entire group. It would be useful if you could select 'Substitute Resource' to change individual resources within the booking, but all other resource bookings remain the same.
