Menu items with the activity code Display open work list are sorted according to Work ID. The users can change the sorting by selecting another field from the fields that are defined in Field list on the menu item. One example is that the users select Order number for sorting every time they enter the work list. It would be good if the menu items could be preset to be sorted according to another field in Field list, like order number.
