Ideally this idea goes wider, and enables workflow for next ESS data
- Addresses
- Personal Contacts
- Contact Details
- My bank information

This is absolutely essential in all scenario's where For Talent is master of employee data and interfaced with Payroll providers. How can Talent be master of these data if every employee can just put in whatever they want?
