When the notification appears, it does not provide any useful info. I have to "guess" when the future change is actually valid from and go to that date via Changes timeline.
Make the notification a direct hyperlink to the actual change - I click on the notification and it takes me into the future and directly on the view with the new record.
If there are more changes, on different record (employment, position...), list those under the notification and I would choose the one I need to see and click on it.
