We have Customer how use conversation intelligence in Sales and Customer services and want to be able to also use it in Field service to also using Microsoft voice embeded feature for call recording and Teams embeded in Dynamics 365 Field Service App. They have sellers in the sales tab , service in the services parts and also having users in order how as to communicate with Customer for different reason. So I think bring conversation intelligence in Field Service would be a really good idea!
