Description of problem:
Many of the forms in D365 are displaying submission instructions and approval instructions when clicking on workflow.
Two forms as an example are Payment Journals and Invoice Proposals.
Error message:
Workflow submission and approval instructions do not display while submitting the workflow
Repro steps:
while submitting for workflow, the user does not have to facilitate to see the instruction. Without access to workflow submission instructions and approval instructions, how does Microsoft propose communicating this information to users?
