Can we have some sort of platform where we can see the bugs that have been acknowledged and currently worked on? 8 out of 10 times when I log a case with Microsoft support the feedback is that they are aware of the problem and are currently working on a fix. I wish I could've checked this before spending all that time investigating, loging and liaising with MIcrosoft support. I'm sure they would also appreciate if their time is not being wasted administrating duplicate cases.
