Based on our experiences with Dynamics Marketing, loading time of Email contents is taking many seconds, depending upon the content (Pic or Vid) attached in the Email, which ultimately affects customer experience.

 

Currently, AIA TH is using e-mail provider called “Taxi mail”, which we believe that they have the technology to embed the content and automatically resize the content in the email, so, content loading time is very short (less than 1 sec) and render a good customer experience.

 

What we have tried to do, as work around, is to figure out a way optimize the content size to minimize email loading time, however, this can impact our users in the long-term, as the optimization is a manual process – trial & error until we can get the acceptable loading time of the e-mail.


We understand that this might not be in any of product roadmap to implement such technology on Dynamics Marketing, unlike other e-mail provider who has this technology and can give better customer experience. So, we are submitting this idea for your consideration.
