Hi Team,
Currently the total CTC is calculated based on the Pay rate entered in the CTC form. Though system allows to define the split ups of Fixed pay, variable pay, flexible pay and the benefits, it doesnt calculates the total of fixed, variable, flexible and benefits and shows in the total CTC. If this feature is being incorporated it would be very helpful.
