Documents always leave more to wish for by the customer and therefore not used or time spent by developer to change layout and design.

I suggest a design tool, like designing receipts for POS (even though this also leaves more to wish for) to modify documents.

In this way the Consultant can design documents for the customer and in the long run a super user can do it themselves.
