The customer has over 50 Word templates under his personal word templates. As per this bug https://dynamicscrm.visualstudio.com/OneCRM/_workitems/edit/2044020 , looks like they are always ordered alphabetically and this can't be changed.

They are also unable to create any system view for these templates as the entity 'personaldocumenttemplate' is not visible in either default solution under entities or in App designer for UCI.
