When viewing a contact in CI-J, the user can see a summary of communication preferences for the contact point
The communication tab of the contact records defaults to "default" compliance profile rather than any profile. So if organization is having many compliance profile, and if a user would need to communication tab, it is confusing as the default compliance profile would be shown and all irrelevant compliance profile will be visible.
An improved user experience would be better to show a particular compliance profile as the default one.

Our customer is facing the same issue. They have multiple compliance profiles and are not able to configure which compliance profile should be shown by default. Instead the compliance profile is shown with the first Created On date (which is mostly the default one).It would be really helpful if it can be configured which compliance profile should be shown by default, similar to what is already possible for brand profiles. Alternatively it would be helpful if, as a user, you are able to save your default by choice.
