Currently Custom Report Layouts that are created by customers are simple overwritten when they upload a new version.
It would be useful to have some kind of automatic archiving or versioning for the report layouts that are saved in the database.
Currently it can happen very easily that a customer creates an layout and by accident uploads the wrong layout.
As soon as some limitations of Word Layouts will be fixed there will be more custom report layouts.
I imagine a feature where I could simple move back to a previous version.
Furthermore when uploading a new version of a report layout then a user should have to possibility to add some notes about the changes.
